All of us here at Rhythm Room are exceptionally proud of one of our directors, Kev Hickman for being nominated in the top five of Instrumentalist Of The Year in the 2024 UK Blues awards! That means it goes to the public vote and… HE NEEDS YOUR HELP. If you have just a few minutes, every single vote matters and he would really appreciate it if you would take the time put his name down on the form to vote for him and then share this post, absolutely everyone can vote in this and the person with the most votes will win the award in April. Behind the scenes, Kev works exceptionally hard, 7 days a week for Rhythm Room as well as creating content for the Rhythm Room YouTube channel and touring and gigging with his bands, to be recognised in these awards is a huge honour and he’s also the first drummer to be nominated in this category… ever.

The form requires you to vote in 4 of the other categories, obviously, every artist on there is well worth checking out so if you have the time please have a listen to their work and make your decision based on that but if you’re in a hurry Kev plays for a fantastic singer, Alice Armstrong who has been nominated in a number of categories that would be very grateful for your support, a vote for her is a vote for Kev too.
