Imogen is an enthusiastic teacher and a professional pianist. She started playing the piano at the age of 7. After achieving two Grade 8 distinctions on the piano and clarinet, she graduated with a BA in Music with Sociology at the University of Southampton. Recently, she completed a MA Performance Masters at the University of Birmingham. She is now a regularly performing pianist and is continuously working towards higher qualifications and various piano competitions. Imogen specialises in the piano Romantics and enjoys playing music by composers such as Chopin, Liszt and Granados. Her playing has been described as extraordinarily 'captivating' and 'expressive'.

Imogen is an encouraging and friendly teacher with lots of experience teaching all levels. She has a 100% pass rate putting students in for exams. Whether you would like to play for fun or master piano technique alongside piano gradings, Imogen will work with your interests to develop you as a musician.
